1. To formally recognize and credential individuals called to serve in the Five-Fold Ministry—Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers—through comprehensive ordination and licensing programs.
2. To equip ministers with biblical knowledge, spiritual authority, leadership skills, and practical tools necessary for effective ministry. 3. To promote excellence, integrity, and accountability in all spheres of ministry leadership. 4 To empower ordained ministers to lead, shepherd, and influence communities, churches, and nations for the advancement of God’s Kingdom. 5. To foster unity, mentorship, and continued professional and spiritual development among Five-Fold ministers globally

Our initiatives recognize individuals who have made remarkable contributions in Christian ministry, academia, leadership, and community development. We trust that this introduction provides clarity and understanding of our programs and awards, and we welcome correspondence, inquiries, or collaborations regarding these initiatives
Honorary Doctorate Award Program (Honoris Causa)
The Honorary Doctorate Award is a distinguished recognition conferred upon individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, service, and impact in ministry, education, humanitarian work, social development, or related fields. This award is granted as an acknowledgment of proven contribution, moral credibility, and sustained influence, rather than through conventional academic coursework.
The award reflects the institution’s commitment to honoring individuals whose life’s work aligns with ethical leadership, service to humanity, and transformational impact at local, national, or international levels. The Honorary Doctorate is non-academic in nature and does not replace earned doctoral degrees obtained through formal academic study. It is strictly a recognition of merit, service, and legacy.
Institutional Statement
The Honorary Doctorate Award is reserved for individuals whose lives exemplify service, sacrifice, leadership, and excellence. It is not awarded frequently and is never treated as a commercial credential. The integrity of this honor reflects the integrity of the institution itself.
Eligibility Requirements To be considered for an Honorary Doctorate Award, a nominee must meet the following minimum criteria:
1. Demonstrated Impact
o Evidence of significant and measurable contribution in ministry, leadership, education, humanitarian service, governance, or social development.
o Impact should extend beyond personal or local benefit.
2. Minimum Years of Service
o At least 10–15 years of consistent and verifiable service in the relevant field.
3. Moral and Ethical Standing
o A reputation for integrity, accountability, and ethical leadership.
o No record of serious moral, legal, or ethical misconduct.
4. Leadership Influence
o Recognized as a leader, mentor, reformer, or pioneer whose work has influenced individuals, institutions, or communities.
5. Peer or Institutional Nomination
o Candidates must be nominated by a recognized institution, organization, board member, or senior leader.
o Self-nomination is generally discouraged unless supported by strong third-party endorsements.
6. Alignment with Institutional Values
o The nominee’s values, doctrine (where applicable), and public conduct must align with the core mission and principles of the awarding institution.
Required Documentation
All nominations must include the following:
· Completed Honorary Doctorate Nomination Form
· Detailed Curriculum Vitae or Ministry/Service Profile
· Statement of Contribution and Impact (1–2 pages)
· Two to three official Letters of Recommendation
· Valid means of identification
· Evidence of work (publications, projects, initiatives, media coverage, or organizational records)
Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
Professional and Ethical Guidelines
1. The Honorary Doctorate is awarded solely at the discretion of the institution’s Governing Council or Academic Board.
2. The award must not be purchased, negotiated, or exchanged for donations, favors, or financial contributions.
3. Recipients must use the title responsibly and accurately, clearly indicating it as Honorary where required.
4. The institution reserves the right to withdraw or revoke the award if future conduct damages the integrity of the institution or contradicts its values.
5. Acceptance of the award signifies agreement to uphold the institution’s ethical standards and public reputation.

7. Doctor of Church Administration (D.C.Adm)
8. Doctor of Christian Counselling (D.C.C)
9. Doctor of Philanthropy (D.Phil.)
10. Doctor of Christian Education (D.C.Ed)
11. Doctor of Missions & Evangelism (D.M.Evan.)
Final titles are determined based on the nominee’s primary area of impact.

Ambassadorial Award
The NextGen International Leadership College Ambassadorial Award is a prestigious recognition bestowed upon distinguished individuals who exemplify leadership, integrity, service, and positive societal impact Recipients of this award serve as ambassadors of goodwill and institutional values, helping to promote ethical leadership, education, and global engagement. The award reflects our commitment to honoring individuals whose influence contributes meaningfully to leadership development, ministry excellence, and community transformation.
Ambassadorial Awards are granted following a rigorous nomination and review process to ensure credibility, integrity, and global standards.
1 What an Ambassadorial Award Is
NextGen College Ambassadorial Award is a formal recognition conferred on individuals who have actively represented, promoted, defended, or advanced the vision, values, and impact of NextGen College or its mission in education, leadership, ministry, community development and humanity
This is not a political title
This is not an academic degree
This is not an honorary doctorate It is a recognition of service, representation, and influence.
2. Purpose of the Ambassadorial Award The award exists to:
1. Recognize individuals who serve as credible representatives of NextGen College’s vision.
2. Strengthen institutional visibility and reputation nationally and internationally.
3. Build a network of trusted advocates and partners.
4. Encourage ethical leadership, service, and influence.
5. Formally acknowledge long-term loyalty and contribution.
3. Who an Ambassador Is (Functional Meaning)
An Ambassador is someone who:
· Speaks well of the institution in public and private spaces
· Promotes its values, programs, and mission
· Builds partnerships, goodwill, or influence for the college
· Models integrity, leadership, and credibility
· Does not bring reputational risk. This means character matters as much as contribution.
4. Categories of Ambassadorial Awards
A. Goodwill Ambassador Award For individuals who:
· Promote peace, unity, education, leadership, or social impact
· Support the college’s mission without direct operational involvement
B. Leadership Ambassador Award
For individuals who:
· Demonstrate exceptional leadership in ministry, education, governance, or society
· Serve as role models aligned with NextGen’s value
C. Community Impact Ambassador Award
For individuals who:
· Have measurable community transformation outcomes
· Lead development, humanitarian, or youth initiatives
D. Global Ambassador Award
For individuals who:
· Represent the institution across borders
· Build international partnerships, exposure, or credibility
· Promote peace, unity, education, leadership, social impact and Humanity
E. Institutional Ambassador Award
For individuals who:
· Actively represent NextGen College in events, networks, or strategic forums
· Represent the institution across border.
